Communications Strategy: 2018 - 2020
20 December 2017
This Communications Strategy has been developed by the ICMRA Communications Group and was endorsed at the ICMRA meeting held in Kyoto in October 2017. It is an updated version of the first ICMRA communications strategy, that had been agreed in 2015, and reflects the considerable progress made since then: a new governance structure, introduction of an Associate membership category, revised strategic priorities, the communications activity undertaken and the development of the public website.
The document provides a high-level summary of the aims, objectives and key audiences for the Strategy. It also outlines how the Coalition will achieve its communications objectives, in order to support the next phase of ICMRA’s development through to 2020.
